The Earth Mart Return & Refund Policy
At The Earth Mart, we strive to provide the best experience for our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an exchange-only policy under the following terms:
Exchange Policy:
We do not accept returns, but we’re happy to exchange any unworn or defective items.

Exchange Period: You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Exchange: The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Exclusions: Sale items, items marked as "Final Sale," or custom-made products are not eligible for exchange.
How to Request an Exchange:

Contact Us: Please email us at theearthmart.com@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.

Approval: We will review your request and send you a confirmation with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

Exchange Processing: Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, we will ship the exchange item to you. If the desired product is out of stock, we will issue store credit for the value of the item.
Refunds:

We do not offer refunds, only exchanges or store credits in case of stock unavailability.

If an item is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and, depending on the situation, either exchange the item or offer store credit.
Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that the order has not already been processed or shipped. To cancel, please contact us immediately at theearthmart.com@gmail.com with your order details.

Once your order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Shipping Costs:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

If the exchange is due to a defective item or a shipping error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Important Notes:

Condition of Items: Items returned for exchange must be unused and in the same condition as received. We cannot process exchanges for items that show signs of wear or damage.

Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, your exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days. Shipping times for exchanges depend on the destination.
